The Big Block Chevy Serpentine Conversion for long water pump applications delivers a strong, reliable serpentine drive upgrade built from CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum. Designed for clean accessory alignment with available power steering and A/C mount options, this system provides long-term durability and a modern, maintenance-free appearance. Engineered specifically for Chevy Big Block configurations using a 7.287" standard-rotation long water pump, it offers a precise, high-quality solution for performance builds requiring dependable belt control and compact accessory placement.

Application:

• Chevy Big Block
• 7.287" standard rotation long water pump

• Kits will not fit in Chevelle, Monte Carlo, El Camino, 1970 and newer Camaro, S10 type vehicles, 70 and newer F-Body, 78-87 G body and 64-77 A body. Please use our extra high power steering serpentine kit.
• If using billet power-steering pump with Driver Side a/c kits, may require modification to a/c bracket.
• Will not fit pre 1982 Corvettes without cross member modification.
• Kits are for standard deck height motors.
• *Passenger side hole required for mounting, Tall deck motors & motors missing passenger side hole require additional rear support bracket : 20128-09  (Not compatible with passenger-side A/C kits).
• Optional power-steering nose cover available: 360

 Chevy Big Block Kit includes:

• Alternator bracket for GM 10SI alternator
• Alternator pulley with fan and nose cover
• Water pump pulley for Chevy big block long water pump
• Crank pulley 
• Mounting hardware

A/C kits include:

• Passenger side bracket for Sanden 7176 A/C compressor OR driver side bracket for Sanden 505 or 508 A/C compressor
• Billet aluminum cover for A/C compressor

Kits with power steering include:

• Power steering bracket for 1966-1974 Saginaw keyway, 1975-1978 Saginaw press fit, or GM type 2 remote reservoir (remote reservoir required) Power steering pumps
• Power steering pulley
